My focus is on synthesizing complex data—from usability testing to A/B analysis—and translating those findings into actionable design strategies that drive measurable improvements in key business KPIs and user adoption.

I implement Design Operations (DesignOps) strategies to optimize and mature the UX workflow, tools, and talent.
